Yes. Pre-recorded learning can be explored asynchronously, and the mobile app lets you study and meditate wherever you feel most at ease. Live Practice Circles, Q&A sessions, sangha, and Autumn accountability add human support without taking away the flexibility of online study.
No. What matters most is sincere interest, willingness to practice, and a desire to serve. Beginners develop strong foundations; experienced practitioners gain breadth, context, and the skills required to teach responsibly.
The MTT-200 includes approximately 50 hours of learning, 50 hours of meditation practice, 50 hours of reading, 25 hours of interaction, and 25 hours of teaching. You will study 50+ practices, learn from 13 trainers, build teaching confidence, and prepare for real-world service.
