Phenomenal Training

I took a leap of faith and signed up for the course after having the beautiful realization of how tremendously meditation has improved my life. I was impressed by the organization of the modules and the variety of teachers included. What really brought it together were the Sunday Circles, which was an added layer that made it a great experience. Highly recommend. Don't hesitate to sign up.

5 Star

I was already a certified mindfulness meditation teacher when I signed up for this course. But this course opened the floodgates to different techniques and tips from all the instructors. I am very humbled after this course and will take some time to reflect of the impact this course has had on me and where I can take it. Thank you

Very informative and encouraging journey

I've been meditating for well over 40 years and leading a meditation group for 4 years. It is nice to be learning more about the science behind the practice. I also like the convenience of learning from the comfort of my own home and the combination of live and recorded sessions . One I can watch over and over if needed and the live sessions enable me to feel like a part of a group.
