Ratings and Reviews
The course offers plenty of information and practice for many styles of meditation. I love that there are teacher notes offered in the course handbook. I really appreciated that the author provides continuing study or experience information that's available to anyone like retreats that are low cost or by donation and additional courses that are shorter & less expensive to share with students.
I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I learnt so much and feel confident to teach now. Kevin kept it real and explained everything in terms people will easily understand. I will continually replay videos to refresh my brain! Thanks! Namaste ☮️
Whether you are relatively new to meditation or a seasoned meditation practitioner, this course has a lot to offer. It covers an excellent range of types of meditation and postures and gives you the opportunity to experience them for yourself. I came away from the course ready to expand my own personal meditation practice and embark on the journey of guiding others interested in mediation.
This was a fabulous course, with a great array of meditation techniques, many I have tried, but some that I was eager to learn. I have been practising meditation for 20 years and I'm excited to now have the confidence to share and teach meditation to others.
What I liked best about this course is that Kevin showed respect for all of the various styles, techniques and traditions of meditation. Many times you find folks trying to push one particular approach as the only “right way” to meditate. This course covered a wide range of material, and offered a great survey of the major meditation styles and traditions, plus resources to explore more later.
This course is one of the first of many that touched me deeply and helped me understand my meditation practices. I loved the bite-sized lessons and the interactive way of guiding me through this course - loads of practice time too! I could not wait to start the next section, after practice of course. I highly recommend this course to beginner and seasoned meditators. Kevin is an amazing teacher!
I really enjoyed the subjects covered, the structure and the presentation of this course. I am experienced at meditation and feel that this is a perfect place to get started. It sparks the mind and creates the desire to dive deeper into many of the subjects. Thank you for this opportunity.
