Brett guides you through all three steps of the TMR technique after you identify the traumatic memory (or relationship) you’d like to heal.

  1. The first step is Relax; using Stress Stopper Breathwork 
  2. The second step is Remember; thinking of the intense memory while using Stress Stopper Breathwork 
  3. The third step is Release, seeing yourself using Stress Stopper Breathwork while inside the most intense moment of the memory

Continue the exercise until there’s no tension when you think of the traumatic memory.
