Join senior yoga teacher and the author of The Yoga of Parenting, Sarah Ezrin for a course designed just for you, the parent, to help you get grounded, feel connected, and re-energize yourself. Parenthood is one of the most rewarding journeys many of us will ever embark on, but can we be real a second? Parenting can also be stressful and exhausting! The secret to gaining the most out of this special and fleeting time is to continually nourish ourselves, so that we show up present and whole. When we are present, our connections are so much richer!
What to expect: This course offers “real talk” chats with Sarah, so you feel much less alone and much more supported. In addition to short form meditations, because we know parents’ time is limited, there are additional yoga-informed practices including yoga nidra and pranayama (breathwork).
